eMoney UI Gallery

The page below covers a handful of projects that I’ve worked on while at eMoney.

I’ve selected projects that demonstrate my experience working in different areas of the product with different types of UI solutions, ranging from workflows to dashboards.

Lead Generation

In an 3-day design sprint, I worked alongside two developers, a PO, and three advisors to explore ways that smaller firms could 1) effectively demonstrate the value of financial advice to prospects and 2) identify quality leads earlier in the sales pipeline.

We landed on an automated “sales pitch” that could be curated for and target specific market segments. Prospects would provide information about their financial needs, and receive high-level advice based on their needs; the more info they provide, the more advice they would receive (up to a certain point). In turn, the data collected would be accessible to firms and help them focus on the right leads to nurture.

Config Portal

The eMoney app runs on hundreds of .xml files that are hard to find and manage. I worked with sales engineers (who often have to do the digging), developers (who add and override these files), and product (who often ask about the product configuration), among other internal groups to design a digital tool to make these files easier to find.

As a result of a series of workshops (link to case study below), we decided to design a folder-based file manager that rendered .xml files the way they are organized on the back end along with a keyword-based search feature for finding content in and across these files.

CRM Dashboard for Advisors

As a part of an internal hackathon, I worked on a team with the VP of design, a sales analyst, a user researcher, and another designer to propose a new offering for eMoney: a CRM-enhancement that would better integrate eMoney with a firm’s existing CRM (and replace it for others).

Of the changes to the eMoney experience, I worked on a new advisor dashboard that would provide 1) new insights around an advisor’s sales funnel for growing their business, and 2) a calendar integration to keep track of tasks, meetings, and important milestones to better manage their existing relationships.
